At muySafe, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders to ensure the best possible experience. Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or produced on demand, shipping times may vary based on product complexity and current production volume.

Processing and Production Time

  • Standard retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom-made or personalized products (such as laser engravings, 3D prints, sublimation, or other design-based work) require additional production time.

    • This time varies depending on design complexity and current order volume.

    • We will always communicate with you if the expected production time extends beyond 3 business days before shipment.

  • Wholesale or bulk orders may require special production scheduling, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before payment.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options within the continental United States.

  • Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for most deliveries.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Please note that muySafe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to product weight, size, and destination.

  • Any applicable taxes or surcharges will also be displayed before finalizing payment.

  • If multiple items are ordered, we may ship them separately to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected products or by arrangement. Please contact us at cservises@muysafe.com to confirm eligibility.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at cservises@muysafe.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate and assist in filing a claim with the carrier as necessary.


International Shipping

At this time, muySafe ships only within the continental United States.
If you’re interested in international or U.S. territory shipping, please contact us directly — we may accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
