Return and Refund Policy

At muySafe, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return a product. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and to make the return process as smooth and fair as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • It must also be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Customized or personalized items (including laser-engraved, sublimated, or made-to-order products) are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or error on our part.


Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at cservises@muysafe.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship your item.

  3. Return shipping labels and costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Condition Review

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival.
We will assess:

  • The condition of the item

  • Its packaging

  • Whether it meets our return eligibility criteria

If the return is approved, you will be notified by email confirming receipt, condition, and approval for refund processing.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Wholesale Orders

Returns on wholesale or bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
